My work is handmade, one of a kind, flameworked glass beads (frequently including precious metals ), incorporated into jewelry (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, etc.) & functional items such as homeware (“House Jewels”), bar ware, desk ware, numerous other functional items, & wearable eyeglass holder necklaces.
My process is glass flameworking using an oxy/propane torch & a kiln. Additionally I do wireworking. The materials I use are glass (opaque, transparent, dichroic & silver glass), precious metals (22-24k gold leaf, palladium leaf, fine silver leaf, copper leaf & fine silver wire) for the beads & sterling silver & gold fill wire for the wire working. Additionally sterling silver beads, sterling silver chain & Swarovsky crystals are used in some of the items.
